Kyrax Developments was founded in 2022 on a simple conviction: that good construction is thoughtful construction. We are a BC Housing licensed builder with active site supervision on a 50-unit, 6-storey residential project at 2433 Shaughnessy Street in Port Coquitlam — and a growing portfolio of land acquisitions, spec homes, and commercial work across BC and Alberta.
The founder brings deep construction discipline and hands-on site supervision to every project. We work across the full development stack — from identifying and acquiring land, through design and permitting, to construction and handover. One team, fully accountable, start to finish. The principal is on site, not in an office.
We serve a broad range of clients across Metro Vancouver's diverse communities — homeowners, investors, developers, and commercial tenants — and we bring the same standard to a custom home in Surrey or a renovation in Langley as we do to a 50-unit building in Port Coquitlam.

Groundwork
The founding principal builds the relationships, trade network, and construction discipline across Metro Vancouver that would become Kyrax — learning every layer of the development stack from the trades up.
Kyrax Developments Ltd. is founded
Incorporated in Surrey, British Columbia as a BC Housing licensed residential builder and land developer, with a mandate spanning land acquisition through finished construction.
The Aurora Tiny Home Series
Six compact home models enter production — Aurora, Solara, Vega, Mira, Indra, and Surya — establishing a BC-built, off-grid-capable line later spun out under the kyraxhomes.com brand.
Shaughnessy breaks ground
Active site supervision begins on a 50-unit, 6-storey wood-frame residential building at 2433 Shaughnessy Street, Port Coquitlam — the firm's largest project to date.
Surrey spec program & Alberta entry
Three Surrey spec homes enter pre-permit across South Surrey, Newton, and Panorama Ridge, a 3.2-acre Fraser Valley land assembly advances, and the firm opens a four-lot spec home program in SE Calgary.
